E-commerce Contract

Purchase of any product on the virtual store jmworldoflowprices.com implies the consumer's agreement to all terms and conditions of this Sales Agreement.

Considering that:

I - jmworldoflowprices.com is a company whose main activities consist of product intermediation via the internet; II - The user is an individual or legal entity, duly registered with CPF/MF or CNPJ/MF, with correctly filled out registration, whose information has been validated by jmworldoflowprices.com; III - The user declares to be acting in good faith and in full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, stating that they have understood, read, and agree to all the terms and conditions herein.

PROCEDURES OF PURCHASE AND SALE Clause One: After placing an order for products on the virtual store, the user must wait for a notification via email informing them of the confirmation of the requested commercial transaction.

Paragraph One: jmworldoflowprices.com reserves the right not to confirm the purchase and sale in cases of:

I - User with incorrect or invalid registration information; II - Deliveries to be made outside the delivery areas made available by jmworldoflowprices.com at the time of purchase and sale; III - Fraud and bad faith, non-compliance with any of the site's conditions and policies, abuse of rights, and/or other situations that imply a violation of legal provisions or unjust enrichment by the user, and in other cases provided for in accordance with applicable law.

Clause Two: The value of the purchase and sale will be included in the confirmation email, and the user will be provided with the payment methods available on jmworldoflowprices.com at the time of purchase and sale.

Paragraph One: Payment by credit card may not be approved if there is inconsistency in the data of the cardholder. The boleto bancário generated for payment will be valid for 03 (three) business days, being automatically canceled if not paid within this period.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Return by Repentance Clause Three: The return of products due to repentance can be made within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted AFTER THE RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS.

Paragraph One: To exercise repentance, the user must contact jmworldoflowprices.com via the email jmstoreblessed@gmail.com.

Paragraph Two: After sending the repentance email, the user must await contact from our team, who will provide the necessary procedures for item replacement or refund of the amounts paid.

Paragraph Three: The return provided in this clause will only be approved by jmworldoflowprices.com after it is verified that: I - The actual return of the product to the supplier's distribution center; II - Confirmation by jmworldoflowprices.com that the product was returned unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by labels, manuals, and accessories; III - Approval of the exchange or return by jmworldoflowprices.com's quality control, to be conducted within 10 business days after analysis.

Paragraph Four: If the user exercises repentance in violation of this clause or contract and/or if any divergence or violation of the returned product is identified, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the user without prior communication.

EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECT OR PRODUCT FAILURE Clause Four: The exchange of products that present flaws or manufacturing defects can be made provided that the request is made within the legal warranty period, in accordance with Article 26 of the Consumer Defense Code.

Paragraph One: To exercise the exchange, the user must contact jmworldoflowprices.com via the email jmstoreblessed@gmail.com.

Paragraph Two: The exchange provided in this clause will only be approved by jmworldoflowprices.com after it is verified that: I - The actual return of the product to the supplier's distribution center; II - Confirmation by jmworldoflowprices.com that the product was returned along with manuals and accessories; III - Approval of the exchange or return by jmworldoflowprices.com's quality control, to be conducted within 10 business days after analysis.

Paragraph Three: If the user exchanges the product in violation of this clause and/or if any divergence or violation of the product is identified, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the user without prior communication.

PAYMENT REFUND TERMS Clause Five: In the event that payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card and will be visible to the user within 2 (two) invoices after the completion of the refund, varying according to the credit card's due date. For products paid through boleto bancário, the user will be reimbursed to their own account through the financial intermediary.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Clause Six: Products are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 21:00, and the estimated delivery time will start only after payment confirmation and logistical processing.

Paragraph One: The product delivery service is carried out solely and exclusively by Correios (Brazilian postal service), which is also responsible for meeting the delivery deadlines and stages to the user.

Paragraph Two: Delivery can be made directly to third parties, such as doormen or relatives.

Paragraph Three: Delivery may not be made within the stipulated timeframe due to: I - User's absence at the specified address; II - Incorrect registration data; III - Refusal of the product by the user or a third party; IV - User's change of address; V - Occurrence of any force majeure event, such as floods, natural disasters, large-scale accidents, or other events that prevent delivery; VI - Strike or stoppage of Correios activities; VII - Significant increase in Correios' demand; VIII - Due to festive seasons, such as Christmas and New Year.

Paragraph Four: The product delivery period is 15 to 45 business days after the product is dispatched, according to Correios rules. The period may be extended up to 90 business days for the reasons stated in Paragraph Three of this clause.

Clause Seven: This contract aims to ensure facilitated consumer service, as provided for in item IV of article 4 of Decree No. 7,962/13.

Clause Eight: jmworldoflowprices.com reserves the right to cancel the commercial transaction in the event that any situation indicative of fraud, bad faith, non-compliance with any of the site's conditions and policies, abuse of rights, and/or other situations implying a violation of legal provisions or unjust enrichment is identified.

Clause Nine: The relationship between jmworldoflowprices.com and the user is governed exclusively by the conditions established in this contract.

JURISDICTION Clause Ten: The forum to settle any matter related to this contract shall be the domicile of the consumer.
